    The Birmingham Branch of ASCE is proud to present a $2,000 scholarship to Ms. Frances Kyle of Homewood High School.  Ms. Kyle plans to attend the University of Alabama and major in Civil/Environmental Engineering.  We wish Ms. Kyle the best of luck in her endeavors.
